Position: Restaurant Kitchen Manager

The Kitchen Manager is also responsible for overall restaurant operations, including food quality, production, safety, and labor in the absence of the General Manager and Hospitality Manager.
Requirements: Strong, stable work history with management experience in a high-volume, casual dining, or family-style restaurant; education and training typically associated with college coursework in business or hospitality; successful completion of Golden Corral’s comprehensive management training program; possession of a valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.
