Position: Restaurant General Manager (“Gerente General del Restaurante”)
About: Direct and organize the Food & Beverage functions within the outlets of the resort to maintain high standards of quality, service, and merchandising maximizing profits and ensuring a positive guest experience.
Requirements: High school or equivalent education required; Bachelors Degree preferred; 3-5 years Food & Beverage operation experience required; 3-5 years management experience required; Culinary, sales, and service background required; Must be at least 21 years of age to serve alcohol; Safe Server Alcohol & Food Handlers certification required; Ability to provide and maintain a valid driver’s license
