Position: Restaurant General Manager
About: Canyon Breeze, a serene and wellness-focused restaurant within Red Mountain Resort, is seeking a dedicated Restaurant General Manager to lead a team in a health-conscious dining environment that prioritizes exceptional guest experiences and upholds the resort’s wellness philosophy.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field; Minimum of 5 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in a wellness or fine dining setting; Strong leadership skills with experience in team building and management; Financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management; Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and relevant restaurant management software; Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills; Knowledge of health-conscious cuisine, dietary trends, and food service standards; Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
