Position: Restaurant General Manager
About: The Bradley is an upscale full-service property with a focus on exceptional customer service. The Restaurant General Manager will oversee all food and beverage operations for the lobby level restaurant, Arbor, and collaborate closely with the Executive Chef to maintain high standards of food and service quality.
Requirements: Hospitality experience required preferably in Food in Beverage; proven track record in training, coaching, and motivating teams; excellent communication and leadership skills; experience with cost controls, financial statements, and profit and loss management; ability to manage and optimize food, beverage, and labor costs; strong focus on maintaining high standards of quality and customer service; proficiency in recruiting, staff development, and project execution
