Position: Restaurant General Manager
About: RH is a company seeking a Hospitality Leader to lead in strategic research and development initiatives that improve the quality of the guest experience. The Leader will recruit and train service staff, run inventory management, and provide world-class customer service to internal and external guests while taking great care of the equipment and facilities.
Requirements: 5+ years of experience in the Hospitality industry; ability to work independently and with all levels of leadership in a fast-paced environment; strong ability to lead a hospitality team and own accountability for specific revenue goals; excellent written and verbal communication skills with notable attention to detail; team player with an enthusiastic outlook and creative mind; strong decision-making abilities; business development or entrepreneurial experience a plus
