Requirements: High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED); Some college preferred; Three to five years of high volume full-service restaurant management experience; Passion for serving guests and leading teams; Positive attitude; Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment; Excellent communication and leadership skills; Strong multi-tasking and decision-making abilities; Commitment to health, safety, and sanitation standards; Demonstrated capability in team management and motivation; Adherence to company standards and procedures
