Position: Restaurant General Manager
About: BLT Jessup, located in Jessup, MD, is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to provide overall leadership and direct supervision of operations in the restaurant to ensure it meets or exceeds its annual operating plan. The RGM focuses on driving customer service excellence, maintaining company standards, supervising operational processes, exercising financial control, and developing employees in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
