Position: Restaurant Crew Chief – ESSEX COUNTY, NJ

Requirements: REQUIRED – Must have or complete ServeSafe Food Handler Certification within 30 days upon hire; REQUIRED – One to two years related leadership experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience; Support training for all restaurant Team Members to improve unit operations and the guest experience; Execute shift Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and current operations plan; Manage the restaurant floor and focus on regular contact with guests; Maintain and log guest complaints within acceptable limits and handle escalations in a professional and timely manner; Ensure the approved guest feedback system is in use and acted upon; Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations; Communicate and enforce operational policies and procedures; Uphold and lead crew member appearance and uniform standards; Ensure compliance with SOP in the areas of food specifications, recipes, plating, and garnishes
