Position: Restaurant Chef (Bamboo 8)

Requirements: Culinary Diploma from an accredited institution with a focus on Chinese Cuisine or a 3-year apprenticeship in the 4 classic Chinese cuisines; 5 to 7 years experience as a Chef in a high-volume Authentic Chinese restaurant with exposure to Vietnamese cuisine; excellent interpersonal skills; bilingual in Mandarin or Cantonese and English; ability to lift and carry 40 lbs; valid food workers card; willingness to work in a smoking environment and adhere to health and safety measures.
