Position: Restaurant Busser/Bar Back (Embassy Suites Brier Creek-Raleigh, NC)
About: Responsible for helping to achieve ongoing guest satisfaction and team goals by taking food and beverage orders either directly or by telephone, setting up orders in a timely, sanitary, and complete manner according to hotel standards, delivering them in a pleasing fashion, and processing all orders through the Food & Beverage Point of Sale System. The role involves ensuring guest satisfaction, clearing and maintaining guest rooms and food & beverage areas, and prioritizing the security and safety of all individuals at all times. Servers are expected to work in coordination with the larger department and hotel team, presenting a professional appearance and meeting attendance and punctuality guidelines.
Requirements: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) desired; previous related experience preferred
