Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Ability to effectively communicate with others
- Commitment to making an impact
- Ability to remain stationary and mobile for up to four hours
- Ability to safely lift up to 25 pounds frequently
- Ability to wear protective hand coverings and face masks through entire shift
- Ability to work with disinfectant cleaning supplies
- Ability to frequently wash hands with disinfecting soap throughout shift
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years old as required by state law
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to maintain professionalism and friendliness in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to teamwork and customer service excellence
- Prior bartending or beverage mixing experience preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Mix outstanding alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established standards
- Maintain friendly and professional interactions with both staff and customers
- Create and deliver a memorable and enjoyable bar experience
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers
- Adhere to health and safety protocols including wearing protective equipment and frequent hand washing
- Lift and transport plates, glasses, and baskets safely throughout shifts
- Remain physically active and attentive for extended periods
