Position: Restaurant Assistant Manager
About: The F&B Assistant Manager position at Rio Las Vegas Hotel & Casino involves overseeing the day-to-day operations within Food & Beverage. Requirements: Minimum three years of progressive hospitality operations experience; ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays; organizational skills and analytical thinking; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; excellent written and oral communication skills; attention to detail; ability to set priorities and meet deadlines; High School Diploma or GED; at least 21 years of age; experience leading large teams; technical knowledge of Food and Beverage management systems; must qualify for required licenses and permits.
