Position: Resort Manager

About: Pet Resorts is seeking a passionate and dedicated Assistant General Manager, known internally as a Resort Manager (RM), to join their team. The Resort Manager plays a crucial role in leading the resort management team, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving revenue while managing costs effectively. Depending on the resort size, the Resort Manager may be assigned to oversee the entire business, focus on pet care services, or manage customer service initiatives.

Requirements: High school degree or equivalent required; Desired: Bachelor’s degree equivalent education and experience; Minimum 2-4 years of customer service experience; Availability to work a minimum of 45 hours per week including holidays, evenings, and weekends; Ability to drive and manage workplace change; Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and point of sale software; Comfortable working in front and back of house roles within the resort; Valid Driver’s License, current insurance with comprehensive coverage; Restaurant management, retail management, veterinary management/experience, or hospitality experience preferred; Bilingual skills a plus
