Position: Residential College Service Assistant, Pierson
About: Pierson College, located in New Haven, CT, is seeking a Residential College Service Assistant to join the Head of College’s Office. This position involves providing high-level customer service to all residents and guests, overseeing event planning, inventory management, food preparation, housekeeping duties, and maintaining the smooth operations of the residence.
Requirements: Four years of related work experience, two of them in the same job family at the next lower level, and a high school level education; or two years of related work experience and an Associate’s Degree; or an equivalent combination of experience and education. Demonstrated ability in planning and organizing meals and events, exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail, ability to prioritize tasks effectively, and strong verbal communication skills.
