Position: Resident Services Manager – WG
About: Willow Gardens, under the leadership of the Director of Operations at United Hebrew of New Rochelle, is seeking a Resident Services Manager to coordinate and ensure the execution of resident care within the assisted living campus. The role involves leading and motivating Care Managers to uphold organizational standards, maintaining staffing schedules, and implementing program initiatives in compliance with regulations and company values.
Requirements: High School Diploma or GED required; Associates degree in healthcare or related field preferred; 2-5 years of relevant experience in healthcare facilities or supporting the senior population; ability to communicate regulations, program goals, and instructions clearly; effective supervision skills for staff and residents; proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
