Position: Resident Chef

About: Sur La Table, a renowned kitchen and tableware company with over 50 stores and the largest avocational cooking program in the US, is seeking a dedicated Resident Chef to join their team. The Resident Chef plays a crucial role in inspiring customers on their culinary journey, combining culinary expertise with business acumen to drive success in the store.

Requirements: 3 – 4 years of progressively responsible kitchen management experience; experience as a Sur La Table Assistant Resident Chef preferred; culinary degree or equivalent Sous Chef experience considered; 1-2 years’ experience as a culinary instructor; valid Food Manager Certification; familiarity with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); proven ability to drive sales and motivate teams; proven training, communication, leadership, and financial management skills
