Position: Resident Care Manager (RN)
About: The Resident Care Coordinator position involves collaborating with the Director of Nursing to plan, organize, develop, and direct resident care services in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.
Requirements: Must possess the ability to make independent decisions, follow instructions, and accept constructive criticism; Must have at least 1 year of nursing experience, preferably two years in a long-term care facility; Experience in supervision, teaching principles, leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills required; Must hold a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a licensed nurse in the state.
