Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; refined verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in general computer knowledge; previous experience in forecasting and revenue management; extensive customer service experience; 2+ years of Hotel Reservations experience preferred; knowledge of Hyatt’s reservation systems and procedures preferred
