About: Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado Santa Fe, nestled in the high-desert refuge of Santa Fe, is seeking a dedicated Cook III to join their dynamic culinary team. The resort, set on 57 rolling acres in the Sangre de Cristo foothills, offers an intimate experience with 65 rooms, a luxurious spa, and elevated regional cuisine at Terra. Requirements: High school education, cooking school or culinary institute education preferred; 1 to 3 years of experience in similar kitchen/hotel operation; ability to operate, maintain and clean various kitchen equipment; willingness to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays; excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills; ability to lift up to 40lb; basic English language proficiency; legal work authorization in the United States
