Position: Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Health Assistant Director of Nursing – $95K-105K per year

Requirements: Graduate of an accredited school for the discipline license held; Current State license as a Physician, Physical Therapist, Speech-language Pathologist, Occupational Therapist, Audiologist, Social Worker, or Registered Nurse; At least one year of experience in home health care with strong knowledge of OASIS; At least one year of management experience; Good understanding of Federal, State, and local laws/regulatory guidelines governing a Home Health agency; Clinical skills as defined by generally accepted standards of practice; Excellent interpersonal and decision-making skills; CPR certification if required to make visits; Reliable transportation with current auto liability insurance; Ability to work a flexible schedule and travel locally; Ability to handle stressful situations calmly; Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and move patients; Join a team dedicated to exceptional healthcare in the comfort of patients’ homes.
