Requirements: Degree or equivalent experience; 6+ years of professional experience and 0-2 years of supervisory experience; Bachelors in Nursing or greater; Active Compact RN license; 5+ years of direct clinical care experience; 2+ years of Infusion experience required; 2 years of managing teams in multiple locations; Strong management and development skills; Excellent communication and collaboration abilities; Analytical, organized, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment; Strong presentation skills; Ability to travel up to 75% to multiple states
