Position: Reception and Front Desk Concierge
About: The Cleveland Foundation is seeking a Reception and Front Desk Concierge to welcome and provide exceptional service to foundation guests, collaborate with the Real Estate team and security staff to ensure guest safety and wellbeing, and apply related policies and procedures.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; 3-6 years of receptionist experience, including switchboard operation and customer service; Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook; Customer service orientation and ability to interact effectively with diverse individuals; Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
