Position: PT Cook
About: Under the direct supervision of the Executive Chef and Sous Chef, the position involves performing general and specific cooking duties in a student dining setting. The role includes responsibilities for food production, kitchen supervision, event functions, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.
Requirements: High School Diploma or GED; Two years of high-volume food prep and cooking experience in a hotel, restaurant, club, or similar institution; Superior organizational skills and attention to detail; Good communication and interpersonal skills; Physically able to lift and move items up to 60 pounds; Ability to stand for extended periods; Certificate in Food Service Sanitation required; Legal authorization to work in the US without sponsorship.
