Position: Project Manager, Food Services – NMCP
About: The Eggleston Services is a nonprofit organization that has been dedicated to educating, training, and providing employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities since 1955. They are currently seeking a Project Manager for the Navy Medical Center Portsmouth contract services to oversee operational management, coordination, and interactions with government personnel. The position involves maintaining contract compliance, supervising staff, conducting assessments, and fostering relationships with subcontractors and vendors.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; at least five (5) years of working experience in Government/commercial galley/kitchen and dining room facilities; minimum of three (3) consecutive years of recent work experience in a Food Service operation with a volume exceeding 1,000 meals per day; experience training and working with people with disabilities; effective oral and written communication skills; ability to read, write, and understand English; clearance through criminal background investigation and pre-employment drug screening required; acceptable driving record required
