About: The Coen Markets is seeking a Professional Kitchen Manager to support the Store Manager in delivering exceptional food quality and customer service. The ideal candidate will be experienced, hardworking, and focused on meeting performance and profit goals while upholding food safety and cleanliness standards. The role involves supervising operations, ensuring a pleasant customer experience, and maintaining kitchen efficiencies to drive profitability and customer satisfaction.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; Associate degree in culinary arts or related discipline preferred; 5 years of Kitchen Manager leadership experience required, preferably in a restaurant environment; Ability to learn and utilize computer applications; Highly effective written and oral communication skills required; Ability to multi-task and prioritize team tasks; Experience, skills, and abilities consistent with Core Values and Leadership Competencies; Availability to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays based on business needs
