Position: Production Planning Manager
About: Leading Airline Catering Company seeking a Production Planning Manager to develop daily and weekly schedules for production and labor based on requirements and determine daily shipping volume. The company operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment.
Requirements: A minimum of 2-5 years supervising a food production environment; SAGE; Competent written skills and effective verbal communication skills; Knowledge of HACCP requirements, USDA, GMP, cold food production processes, and sanitation requirements; Bilingual in Spanish is a plus; BS/BA (Business, Engineering, Food Science) a plus.
