Position: Production Manager
About: We are a food manufacturing facility seeking an experienced and motivated Bilingual Production Manager to oversee all aspects of the production process. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Spanish with a strong background in food production and packaging management. As a key member of our team, the Bilingual Production Manager will ensure efficient operations, manage a diverse team, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and drive continuous improvement in our production operations.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering is strongly preferred; 5+ years’ experience in a food processing industry with plant management experience; Proven experience in managing bilingual teams and communicating effectively in English and Spanish; Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and quality control procedures; Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and lead a diverse, bilingual workforce; Bilingual – English & Spanish communication skills are required
