Position: Production Kitchen Manager
About: The Canton City School District is seeking a Production Kitchen Manager to join their team. The role involves planning and directing the preparation and serving of food in the cafeteria, ensuring quality standards are met, and maintaining a safe and efficient kitchen environment. The position reports to the Child Nutrition Administration and Building Principal.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED equivalent; minimum of one year experience in food service preparation; physical stamina for standing, walking, and lifting; ability to lift up to 30 pounds; pass FBI/BCI background check; knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures; excellent understanding of cooking methods and ingredients; ability to multitask and manage time efficiently; self-motivated and self-directed.
