Position: Principal Culinary Lead
About: Chick-fil-A is seeking a Principal Culinary Lead on the Culinary & Commercialization team within the Menu & Packaging team in Marketing. The team is dedicated to developing new menu items, enhancing existing ones, and simplifying menu processes to benefit both customers and team members. The role demands autonomy, innovation, collaboration, and a passion for exceeding customer expectations and the Chick-fil-A brand.
Requirements: Minimum of 8 years’ professional experience in food product research and development; mastery of fundamental culinary techniques; successful track record of creating, developing, and executing new menu items in a restaurant environment; experience in designing and executing experiments and consumer testing; proven success in influencing at multiple levels across an organization; exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; ability to think critically and provide innovative solutions; proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools and Windows Operating Systems
