About: Whole Foods Market is currently seeking a seasoned leader to join their Prepared Foods team in a Retail setting. This position will oversee daily operations, including profitability, purchasing, and regulatory compliance, while fostering a positive work environment and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 24+ months of retail experience including 12+ months of team leadership experience; advanced knowledge of products, buying, pricing, merchandising, and inventory management; food safety certification within 6 months; excellent interpersonal, motivational, and team-building skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office and related applications
