Position: Prepared Foods Team Leader (Culinary & Deli Department Manager)

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; 24+ months of retail experience, including 12+ months of team leadership; strong knowledge of products, buying, pricing, merchandising, and inventory management; food safety certification within 6 months; excellent interpersonal and customer relationship skills; proficient in financial assessment, profitability monitoring, and inventory management; demonstrated decision-making and leadership abilities; proficiency with email, Microsoft Office, and operational applications
