About: The Prep position at a restaurant is responsible for the preparation of items needed for various food stations, following recipes, procedures, and portion controls to ensure high-quality food service. The role also involves maintaining cleanliness and organization in the preparation area, as well as assisting chefs and managers as needed throughout shifts.
Requirements: Must have experience in a similar position, with fine dining experience preferred; basic understanding of cooking; ability to take direction; good listening and communication skills; ability to work effectively under pressure; demonstrate understanding and knowledge of using and maintaining station equipment
