Position: Premium Executive Chef – DUKE University
About: Proof of the Pudding is an award-winning catering company throughout the Southeast, specializing in creating quality culinary concepts from scratch. With a focus on Sports and Entertainment Hospitality Services, they provide elevated concessions and premium offerings to various events such as collegiate stadiums, PGA golf tournaments, International Boat Shows, and Professional Sports Teams. As the exclusive food and beverage provider for DUKE athletics and the daily Athlete Dining area, Proof S&E is currently seeking an Executive Chef for DUKE University in Durham, NC to lead culinary operations for all premium events.
Requirements: 5+ years in a lead culinary role, experience in Sports & Entertainment/Stadium premium suites catering is necessary; A degree/training in the culinary arts, hospitality management, or equivalent; Must be a proven leader capable of coaching and engaging a team; Must thrive on creativity, customer satisfaction, and flavor profiles; Must have impeccable integrity for the business, the community, and the Proof of the Pudding Team; Must live near or be willing to relocate to Durham, NC
