Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; proven experience in a similar role; knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices; ability to follow recipes accurately; strong communication and teamwork skills; physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects; attention to detail and organizational skills; flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays; culinary degree or certification a plus
