Position: Pizza Kitchen Manager [Salaried]
About: Left Hand RiNo Eats and Drink is a restaurant located in front of the Mission Ballroom, seeking an experienced and dedicated Pizza specialist who can also manage kitchen employees and oversee kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality food and service, manage kitchen staff, maintain inventory, and uphold health and safety regulations.
Requirements: Experience in a culinary/kitchen manager role for 2+ years; previous BOH experience for 3+ years; knowledge of restaurant software such as scheduling, inventory, and POS; business acumen for managing P&L; extensive food knowledge including service, preparation, ingredients, and menu engineering; willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays; proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint, and Word; strong written and verbal communication skills; preferred bilingual in Spanish; ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certified
