Position: People Support Manager
About: Manage human resource functions for a hotel, including recruitment, training, and benefit administration. Work with hotel managers to support associates in accordance with established brand standards and core values. Collaborate with centralized People Support teams to ensure effective communication and administration of benefits, compensation, and training programs. Implement training programs to meet brand standards and promote a positive work culture. Follow sustainability guidelines and practices. Report to HHM Hotels management.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred; 3-5+ years of previous Human Resources experience, preferably in a hospitality setting
