Requirements: Experienced strategic HR Business Partner with a demonstrated ability to establish strong relationships with key business partners and executive leadership; familiarity with HR functions including performance management, compensation, benefits, employee relations, recruiting, change management, and training; knowledge of human resources laws and regulations such as FMLA, ADA, FLSA, HIPAA, OSHA, and EEO; ability to maintain confidentiality, prioritize, communicate effectively, and think strategically; proficiency in MS Office software and HRIS systems like Workday.
