Position: Pei Wei Restaurant Shift Leader-Hospitality/Culinary
About: At Pei Wei, Shift Leaders play a critical role in the success of the restaurant by assisting the Management team. They are responsible for training and guiding team members in all aspects of the restaurant, from guest service to kitchen execution. Shift Leaders must demonstrate leadership skills and the ability to work efficiently in the absence of the Management team.
Requirements: Education and Certifications: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred; Experience: External Candidates – 6 months shift lead experience, Internal Candidates – 4 months Pei Wei experience
