About: Hawksmoor Chicago is a renowned restaurant opening its doors in the historical LaSalle Street Cable Car Powerhouse building in Chicago. The establishment is dedicated to restoring the original features of the landmark while injecting new life into the space. They are currently seeking a dedicated Pastry Sous Chef to join their team and contribute to the success of their new international venture in Chicago.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience launching and opening restaurants in New York and the US; comfortable and experienced with high volume businesses; excellent leadership skills with the ability to teach, coach, and train all Front of House and Back of House employees
