Requirements: Proven experience as a Pastry Sous Chef in a luxury culinary establishment; Culinary degree or equivalent professional certification in pastry arts; Extensive knowledge of pastry techniques, baking methods, and dessert presentation; Creative flair for innovative and visually appealing pastry creations; Strong leadership and communication skills; Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities in a high-volume kitchen; Commitment to upholding the standards and values of Planters Inn
