Position: Pastry Sous Chef
About: The Navigators is seeking a Pastry Sous Chef to assist the Head Pastry Chef in creating a wide variety of desserts and baked goods, ensuring an exceptional dining experience for guests. This position is aligned with The Navigators’ calling and values to advance the Gospel of Jesus and His kingdom through spiritual generations of laborers living and discipling among the lost.
Requirements: High School Diploma or GED equivalent; Food handling certificate required; Certification of culinary training or apprenticeship preferred; at least 2 years of experience in pastry preparation; strong organization and time management skills with an emphasis on customer service; excellent interpersonal and communication skills; supervisory experience preferred
