About: Le Café Louis Vuitton, a culinary gem unveiled by STARR Restaurants in partnership with the world’s leading luxury brand, is seeking a passionate Pastry Cook to join their team. Under the leadership of General Manager Anthony Puech and Michelin-starred Chef Christophe Bellanca, the team aims to create unforgettable dining experiences with elegantly crafted dishes that embody the charm of Le Café Louis Vuitton.
Requirements: 1+ years of pastry experience in high-end restaurants or boutique pastry shops; Passion for French desserts, classic techniques, and flawless execution; Experience in producing a variety of plated desserts, pastries, cakes, petit fours; Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail, especially in plating; Capable of handling multiple tasks while maintaining the highest quality standards; The ability to work a flexible schedule including weekend availability is preferred
