Requirements: Previous experience as a Pastry Cook or similar role in a high-volume restaurant or hotel environment; Solid understanding of pastry techniques; Knowledge of pastry ingredients, flavors, and flavor combinations; Ability to work efficiently under pressure; Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality; Culinary degree or relevant culinary training is a plus; Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
