About: Hotel Bardo Savannah is seeking a highly skilled and creative Pastry Chef to lead our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for baking and dessert creation, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to excellence. As the Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our pastry department, ensuring the highest quality of desserts, pastries, and baked goods for our guests.

Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a pastry chef in a hotel, fine dining restaurant, or similar establishment; proven record of leading and managing a pastry team; exceptional baking and pastry skills with a strong understanding of ingredients and techniques; excellent organizational and time management skills; ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines; knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations; meticulous with a commitment to excellence; strong communication and interpersonal skills; flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
