Position: Part-Time Customer Experience Representative
About: Firelands Scientific and The Landing Dispensaries, an establishment dedicated to providing medical and adult-use cannabis products, is seeking Customer Experience Representatives. This role reports to the General Manager and involves engaging with guests one-on-one to offer exceptional hospitality and product consultation.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; recent and relevant hospitality and/or retail experience required; excellent customer service skills; knowledge of cannabinoids and the endocannabinoid system; effective communication skills; ability to use office equipment and software; familiarity with industry regulations; minimum age of 21; ability to pass a background check
