Requirements: You must be at least 18 years of age; Demonstrate 5 years of experience in culinary field/restaurant, or a culinary degree and 3 years of related experience; Strong communication and organizational skills; Proven leadership and interpersonal skills; Adept at troubleshooting and handling difficult situations; Proven ability to create, read, and understand recipes; Understand the purpose of the knife and when to use it; Exhibit a positive, friendly, and helpful attitude; Demonstrate excellent guest service skills; Passion and enthusiasm for culinary work; Knowledge of culinary techniques and terminology; Possess Food Safety Certification or equivalent; Ability to work with technology; Must be flexible with availability to work various shifts.
