Position: Packaging Manager
About: We are a meat processing company seeking an experienced and dynamic Packaging Manager to lead our meat-slicing and packaging operations. Requirements: Proven experience in a similar role within the meat processing or food manufacturing industry; Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage large teams and multiple supervisors effectively; Experience in setting and achieving KPIs and goals for operational performance; Knowledge of safety and quality control standards in food processing; Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail; Proficient in production scheduling and waste reduction strategies; Motivated self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment; Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement practices; Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business, Operations Management, Food Science, etc.) is preferred; Several years of experience in a managerial role within meat processing or a related industry
