Position: Operations Manager
About: InnVentures, operating over 75 hotels in 20+ states for major REITs and private real estate owners, seeks an Operations Manager for Crowne Plaza Portland Lake Oswego, OR, to enhance guest experiences through exceptional team management and leadership.
Requirements: At least 3 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field; previous supervisory responsibilities; proficient in Windows and company-approved spreadsheets and word processing; effective communication skills; ability to multitask and prioritize deadlines; maintain high personal appearance standards; comply with hotel standards and regulations; problem-solving skills; ability to handle confidential information.
