Position: Operations Manager

About: Supervise the daily operations of the Front Desk and Food and Beverage to maximize revenues and profits while attaining optimal guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, training, resolving problems, implementing company programs, and supervising staff to ensure quality service. Must remain calm, handle emergencies, and maintain professional conduct. Adherence to attendance rules and willingness to perform other duties as assigned are expected.

Requirements: Must have the ability to communicate in English; self-starting personality with an even disposition; professional appearance and manner at all times; good communication skills with guests; willingness to assist co-workers; ability to handle internal and external customers with patience and diplomacy; basic mathematical and computer skills; observant and able to detect emergency situations; effective in verbal and written communication; able to establish and maintain effective relationships with associates and customers.
