Position: Operations Manager
About: Coach USA is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join their dynamic team at the Waukesha, WI location. The Operations Manager will lead and coordinate all aspects of the Operations Department to ensure efficiency, safety, and exceptional customer service, reporting directly to the General Manager.
Requirements: Oversee daily operations and dispatch; Enforce DOT regulations and monitor charter bookings; Schedule and adjust routes, contracts, and charters; Assign drivers and vehicles, manage schedules; Enter driver and vehicle assignments accurately; Resolve customer concerns and foster a positive work environment; Collaborate with managers for comprehensive staff training; Coordinate with Safety and HR for compliance and driver concerns; Approve operational purchases within budget; Ensure vehicle readiness and maintenance; Maintain confidentiality on operational matters.
